Overview
The Guardian G17 is a short-recoil operated, striker fired handgun chambered in 9x19mm. It uses the Browning tilting barrel design to lock the breach. The slide is usually made of high-quality steel and the frame is made of a high strength, proprietary polymer. The pistol is used by many law enforcement agencies and even militaries due to its rugged reliability. Civilians are also quite fond of the G17.
