Harrison County Waste Management was founded in 1956 by Efren Karl. Founded as, "Efren's Sanitation," we began with simple horses and carriages picking up trash throughout the small village of Jamestown. As the years went, Efren continued to purchase other smaller waste management companies continuously expanding. In 1992, in joint efforts between Efren and Harrisons County Executive a deal was struck. Efren's Sanitation became Harrison County Waste Management and contracted full service to the county. From the beginning we have served this county to ensure your land stays beautiful and clean. Let us continue this goal, together.
